Bai Mu Dan, also known as White Peony, is a refined white tea made from tender second-flush leaves and soft silver buds. It brews into a delicate, naturally sweet cup with a gentle floral aroma.

How to brew
Use 1 teaspoon (2–3g) per 8oz of water at 160–175°F. Steep for 2–3 minutes. Re-steep 2–3 times, adding a little more time with each cup.

Use water below boiling to protect the tea’s delicate sweetness and floral aroma.
