Da Hong Pao

Da Hong Pao, or “Red Robe,” is a celebrated Chinese oolong from the misty Wuyi Mountains. It brews into a deep amber cup with roasted warmth, floral aroma, and a distinctive mineral finish.

Why it’s special

How to brew
Use 1 teaspoon (2–3g) per 8oz of water at 195–203°F. Steep for 2–3 minutes. Re-steep 2–3 times, adding a little more time with each cup.
