Da Yu Ling

Da Yu Ling is a rare high-mountain Taiwanese oolong grown in the Central Mountain Range above 2,300 meters. Cool mountain conditions create a remarkably clean, floral tea with natural sweetness and a lingering finish.

How to brew
Use 1 teaspoon (2–3g) per 8oz of water at 185–194°F. Steep for 2–3 minutes. Re-steep 2–3 times, adding a little more time with each cup.

Good to know
This is a light, refined oolong. Use water below boiling to preserve its delicate floral aroma and natural sweetness.
