Dragon Well

Dragon Well, also known as Longjing, is a classic Chinese green tea with flat jade-colored leaves and a smooth, naturally sweet character. Pan-roasting creates its signature toasted chestnut note and clean finish.

Why it’s special
Traditional pan-roasting gives Dragon Well its distinctive flat-leaf shape and smooth, refined flavor with very little bitterness when brewed properly.

How to brew
Use 1 teaspoon (2–3g) per 8oz of water at 167–176°F. Steep for 1½–2 minutes. Re-steep 2–3 times, adding a little more time with each cup.

Good to know
Avoid boiling water—it can overwhelm Dragon Well’s natural sweetness and make the cup taste bitter.
