High-Mountain Black

High-Mountain Black is a smooth Taiwanese black tea grown at elevation for greater sweetness, depth, and aroma. It brews into a rich, balanced cup with very little bitterness.

How to brew
Use 1 teaspoon (2–3g) per 8oz of water at 203–212°F. Steep for 2–3 minutes. Re-steep once if desired.
