Honey Black is a smooth Taiwanese tea with a naturally sweet, honeyed aroma and a refined finish.

Why it’s special
Its distinctive honeyed character develops naturally through leafhopper activity on the tea leaves, creating a rich flavor with very little bitterness.

How to brew
Use 1 teaspoon (2–3g) per 8oz of water at 195–205°F. Steep for 2–3 minutes. Re-steep 1–2 times, adding a little more time with each cup.

Good to know
Naturally caffeinated. Best enjoyed hot, especially as a smooth morning or afternoon cup.
