How to brew
Use 1 teaspoon (2–3g) per 8oz of water at 160–175°F. Steep for 2–3 minutes. Re-steep 2–3 times, adding a little more time with each cup.

Use water below boiling to preserve the tea’s delicate floral aroma and natural sweetness.
