Jin Xuan

Jin Xuan is a smooth Taiwanese oolong known for its naturally creamy, buttery character. Often called “Milk Oolong,” its soft sweetness comes from the tea cultivar itself—not from milk, flavoring, or additives.

Why it’s special
Jin Xuan comes from the TRES #12 cultivar, developed in Taiwan for its naturally rich texture and distinctive milk-sweet aroma.

How to brew
Use 1 teaspoon (2–3g) per 8oz of water at 185–194°F. Steep for 2–3 minutes. Re-steep 2–3 times, adding a little more time with each cup.

Good to know
Despite its “Milk Oolong” name, this tea contains no milk. Its creamy character is completely natural.
