Why it’s special
Careful roasting brings out the tea’s natural sweetness and silky texture. Its tightly rolled leaves slowly open over several infusions, revealing deeper aroma and flavor with each cup.

How to brew
Use 1 teaspoon (3–4g) per 8oz of water at 185–194°F. Steep for 2–3 minutes. Re-steep 2–3 times, adding a little more time with each cup.

Good to know
The first steep may be lighter while the rolled leaves open. The second and third cups are often the most fragrant, smooth, and expressive.
