Why it’s special
Higher elevation brings out a brighter floral aroma, softer body, and greater depth across multiple infusions than a typical Tie Guan Yin.

How to brew
Use 1 teaspoon (3–4g) per 8oz of water at 185–194°F. Steep for 2–3 minutes. Re-steep 2–3 times, adding a little more time with each cup.

Good to know
The tightly rolled leaves open slowly. The second and third cups are often the most fragrant, smooth, and expressive.
